Delightful Small Ceramic Witch from Duncan Molds (this one shows no marking, but I've see a Duncan Mold with this character). Hand painted. Stands about 4" tall.
Condition: Chip on front of hat, mostly under the brim, scratch mark on right side of hat brim on the top........please see pictures.
