UK:

We ship to the UK using Royal Mail and "Express" delivery will be sent via Parcelforce. We do reserve the right to upgrade your delivery based on price, weight and dimensions. Even if you have chosen Royal Mail standard delivery we may upgrade to courier at our cost. If the courier is not an option for you, please do let us know

Overseas:

We do not ship overseas ourselves however eBay have a global shipping system. This means eBay themselves offer a shipping cost directly to you. You essentially buy the item from us, and the shipping from Ebay - but it is all seamless. In these cases we the seller are only responsible for shipping to the eBay UK distribution centres. All onward shipping and paperwork is handled by eBay

If we have sent the incorrect item, or the item is damaged, please contact us as soon as possible for a replacement. We will refund the return postage fee only on prior agreement, so please contact us before returning. In these instances, return is usually not required

If you have purchased the item in error, or it does not fit your purpose for whatever reason, we are happy to offer a full refund provided the goods are returned at your own cost.
