Frame has Tabs for cables, 3 speed pulley mount, and have holes for caliper brakes. Parts are Used, Nice Original paint, Cleaned and Resealed, Steel, has a good Patina, shows some wear, has some paint & decal loss, rust, may have dents and Scratches "Check Pictures, Comes as Shown" . A good looker. Frame serial number is B252254 which from my research comes up in both 1952 and 1953. Bike had 3 Speed Sturmey Archer Hub 26" x 1 3/8" Lightweight Touring Tires and Wheels.
