Packaging

All of our Tote Bags are packed securely in a clear poly bag and then posted in a recycled plastic mailing pouch. This ensures each item should arrive in pristine condition. If your order does arrived damaged or faulty please contact us immediately so we can send a replacement.

Shipping

We offer FREE DELIVERY to all UK customers. This is first class post and usually arrives in about 3 days. We also have NEXT DAY UK delivery as an option. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING is available. Please check our postage info' for more details.

Our Tote Bags can be machine washed (cool washes are better for the tote bag)
If you iron your Tote Bag it would be best to turn it inside out as ironing over the print may damage it.

The size chart above show various measurements in centimeters.

The actual Tote Bag may differ slightly to the size chart.

We include return instructions with every order. These can be found on your receipt.

RETURNS

There is no need to request a return as we include full return instructions with every order.

These will be clearly printed on the receipt you receive with any items purchased from our ebay shop.

We have a 30 day return policy so If you do want to return your order please do so within this period.

We can only accept returns on unworn and undamaged items (in original condition).
