The reason for the tight and loose fit is the septum piercing is not on the sweet spot, If your piercing is not

on the sweet spot it will either tight fit or loose fit, The sweet spot septum piercing means your septum

has to be pierced between the upper cartilage inside the nose and lower cartilage, The small meat spot

between the cartilages, You can just feel the spot with your fingers but some piercers do not pierce the

sweet spot and most piercer pierce the cartilage with lower or upper. You suppose to massage the cartilages

and it make the sweet spot much bigger so it will be so easy to pierce. If you are septum is not pierced

on the sweet spot and now there is nothing you can do. Just do your homework before you get piercing.
