Item is being sold as is and comes with everything that you can see in the picture.

Either it needs to be repaired or I simply can’t figure out the issue.

The computer recognizes the printer and it's read by the computer as the correct printer without issue.

The printer powers on and after that Power and Alarm lamps flash alternately

Overall it's in good cosmetic shape with few minor signs of wear as pictured
