Vintage Serrated Bread Slicing Knife with High Quality German No-Stain Steel Blade and Composite Handle Made by Wusthof

Wusthof was founded in 1814 in Soligen of Germany.  It was owned privately by the same family for seven generations.  All of the knives and forks are precision forged through a manufacturing process of 40 steps.  It is well-known for making quality kitchen shears, pocket knives and other cooking accessories. 

This knife is made in the famous city of blade Solingen, Germany.  Solingen is renowned for manufacturing of fine swords, knives, scissors, and razors.

This knife has the blade fabricated from the German high quality no-stain carbon steel with German specifications and the highest standards of quality.  The handle is triple riveted over the full tang to good fitting for durability, strength, and balance.

Maintenance Suggestion:  Hand wash only in warm water after using, especially if used on foods that have acidic sauce/liquid.  After washing it, wipe the blade and handle completely dry.  Use of electric knife sharpener or dishwasher not recommended.
