Vintage Mid Century Hyalyn Art Pottery Vase

This is a wonderful mid century art pottery vase created by Hyalyn Pottery in the USA. The vase rests on a 4 legged pedestal and features a textured abstract pattern in light turquoise with a black swirled design. The piece has a paper label on the bottom as well as an incised letter D and USA. The vase has a slightly tapered shape getting smaller near the base. There are no chips or cracks to the vase and it is in very good condition. Normal wear is seen on the very bottoms of the four feet and some brown rust type spots are seen on the interior walls more in the middle and lower portion of the vase. Just a wonderful piece of Hyalyn mid century pottery.

The vase measures 8.75 inches tall. The vase itself without including the feet measures 6.75 inches tall. The top diameter measures about 4 5/8 inches.
