• Seal keg and purge any air out pressure relief valve with CO2.

• If soft drink is flat, carbonation may be required.
• Carbonate Keg for 48 hours at 30psi or 206kPa or 2 Bar, then de gas keg and pour at 10psi or 70kPa or 0.68 Bar.
• If using Sodastream or similar flavoured syrup, mix as per directions with filtered water, seal purge and carbonate for 48 hours, may need longer depending on desired fizz.
