Benson & Hedges Advertising/Marketing Framed Prints-Limited Editions EACH is number 239/250 Signed by both the ART and B&H Director. Each glossy paper print is in a super sturdy silver frame which approximately measures 51.5cmL x 31cmW x 2cmDepth. Most of the prints show signs of warping. which I have taken great pains to capture in the photos. There are some light scratches to a couple of the glass fronts. The hard back boards are all good, and held tight with metal expanding clasps. Each frame has its own string attached to moveable hangers. THE SARDINE PRINT has NO STRING, but it does have the hangers either side, and one of the metal clasps is broken.
Available individually or as a Multibuy.
These were from the new B&H Advertising campaign 1977, after the very successful GOLD BOX campaign. The Government changed the rules and Tobacco advertising was not allowed to include showing or saying anything about 'the' product. This campaign had no messages or words, just unified by the solitary 'golden' pack - Astounding and Compelling Advertising, regardless of being a smoker or not.
Brian Duffy was the first photographer to bring Waldie's drawings to life- The Mousetrap, The Birdcage, The Bird's Nest, Signet Ring, Plug in Xmas. David Montgomery shot the Sleeping Security and Stonehenge. Adrian Flowers shot the last of the first year's campaign which was the 3xB&H Wall Plaques, and then subsequently others including the Pyramids and the doorway in the National Liberal Hotel.
The Sardine Tin was from 1978.................

PLEASE STUDY THE PHOTOS CLOSELY AND CAREFULLY I have made every effort to capture the flaws mentioned. I am happy to answer any questions.
