Fireplace accepts payments via Pay Pal, VISA, MasterCard, American Express,
Discover through paypal. You can email us with your phone number, and we will
contact you about paying us directly with our credit card merchant account. We
do not currently accept international credit cards at this time.
Order Processing Time
We typically take up to 2 business days to process your order.
Warranties
Any manufacturer warranty, if included, will be honored by the
manufacturer only. Please contact the manufacturer for repair/replacement of
these items. A free copy of the written warranty can be obtained upon written
request. All written requests should be emailed.
Restocking Fee
A No restocking feewill be applied to all returns processed for
a refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
