Liuli Crystal "Year Of The Rat" Figurine Bank. A beautiful crystal figurine of a rat paddling a boat with a leaf/feather. The Rat is adorable with a happy expression on his face. The boat holds a porcelain bank. The bank has a lovely design in gold on a white background.  The piece is marked "Liuli 2019".
