Measures approximately 13" high, not including his hat.

Eyes and ears move up and down when you press the button on top of his head.

Used/played with condition. Could likely use cleaning - does show some dirt and wear to the plastic on his face and there are a few assorted stains/discolorations on his clothing that I haven't tried to remove. Has a blue dot in one corner of his mouth. Please see photos for detailed condition.
