This Gorgeous Hat is made of weaved polyurethane.
The Cap is surrounded by a Rich pleated white Satin Material as a hatband that was made into a large Bow with the ends pointing upward toward the top.
The ends have wires inside so you can position them at the angle that you prefer
There is a White Rose made of Satin Material Attached to the bow in the Front of the Hat. 
There are tiny white pearls attached to the flower that enhances the Rose.
This hat is clean, I cleaned it and brushed it myself, as I do all the hats I sell. But there is a slight stain from makeup inside but unnoticeable from the outside.
The inside measured about 22 1/2" that is a size medium/ large 57 - 58CM.
And the cap is about 4" Tall.
