2006 Longaberger Tree Trimming Nature's Berry Basket Set in Red

With a unique octagonal shape, the 2006 Nature's Berry Basket was inspired by a holly leaf. It will add a different shape to your Longaberger collection! A perfect size to hold candy or other small items, the Set's plastic Protector ensures that the Tree Trimming Nature's Berry Basket Set is safe through all sorts of uses.

Triple trimstrips on the Nature's Berry Basket's top band show just a sliver of whitewash between the two Red layers. Two wooden handles swing out of the way for easy access and up to carry easily or maybe even hang on your tree, the original intent of the Tree Trimming Basket collection

Over-edge Holiday Stripe fabric Liner has an unusual pointed design that echoes the holly leaf inspiration and curves up around the two swinging handles. It has been safely stored in original zip bag. Please use zoom feature on all photos

Longaberger began the annual Tree Trimming Collection in 1999, usually a smaller version of the Christmas Collection Basket each year, originally intended to hang on a Christmas tree. The Nature's Berry Basket was eighth in the collection. Each Tree Trimming Basket included the oval pottery tie-on with the basket's name and year and a special woodburn on bottom.

Set includes Nature's Berry Basket, over-edge fabric Liner, plastic Protector, pottery Tie-On with narrow gold ribbon, original colorful box, and product card

A sheet of clear dots was included to place on the basket's bottom to protect surfaces but were never used

The 2006 Nature's Berry Basket measures 7 3/4" l by 4 1/2" w by 2 3/4" h

I also have the 2006 Nature's Garland Basket listed for auction that would pair well with this smaller version. I will be listing other mint-condition Tree Trimming and Christmas Collection Baskets for auction separately in my store, Treasured Basket Traders, so please visit the Christmas Celebration department. You might also enjoy the holiday pottery!
