Rectangular 9" x 9" Winter Holiday Plate - POLAR BEARS - SNOW FLAKES & STARS Crafted???. 

These Plates are Decorative in Nature; They seemed to be Clear Glass Plates Back coated with decoupage fabric.

They therefore are difficult to wash in traditional ways.  
They could be decorative Wall Plaques on the wall or hold cookies or other dry items where a damp wipe would clean up.
