This issue is the conclusion of "The Lords of Light and Darkness".

It is being stored in a poly-sleeve used for collectibles and being kept in an odor and smoke-free, dark, climate controlled environment.

Condition: 

This has not be professionally graded.

I would consider this to be Very Good (Plus). I am not a professional comic grading expert, but with the criteria listed on line, I was able to self-grade this issue. Please review the photographs to make your own assessment of the quality before purchasing. 

Key grading characteristics: 

All pages accounted for.

No spine roll

No popped staples

No writing or other markings

No creases or folding except one small 1/16" diagonal dog ear fold in the upper right corner of the front cover with the very tip of the upper right corner missing.

The corners shows slight wear with a very small piece of dog eared corner missing from the upper right front cover corner about 1/16" inches in diagonal length.

Corners are slightly rounded.

The surface of the front and back covers show very little signs of surface wear.

The edges show some wear primarily along the side of the back cover.

Pages show slight aging.  

Ships in a poly sleeve between two fitted pieces of hard cardboard within a new bubble mailer with the words PLEASE DO NOT BEND OR FOLD on both side of the mailer.
