Neckline drop 6”.

Material content is missing, but this fabric feels like a cotton blend to us. Very lightweight. Pretty all-over pattern in blue/aqua and white. Pullover. Wide rounded neckline. High-waisted seam with ruffle. Puff half sleeves with ruffled hem. One band of ruffles toward hem.
