Antique Japanese Meiji Bronzed And Gilt Metal Figure Of A Pekingese Dog.

This lovely antique bronzed metal figure depicts a pekingese dog case in wonderful detail. The dog is cast in a sitting position with one leg slightly raised giving it a lovely naturalistic look. The finish to the piece is then a lovely rich bronzed colour with the dogs collar and eye then being highlighted with gilding.

A truly lovely Japanese Meiji piece that would look fantastic in any home or as part of a larger collection.
