Marvel Ultimate Spiderman Production Animation Cel Drawing - 3741

An Original Production Drawing from the much loved cartoon series “Ultimate Spiderman.” This drawing is a one of a kind piece uséd in the production process.

Original Production Drawings are one-of-a-kind pieces of art that were uséd in the creation of the television show. Each piece has been hand-drawn by studio artists. No 2 are the same, these are very rare and very hard to find.

These pieces of artwork were scanned onto a computer, and painted by the colourist to create the final animation on computer. Sometimes in the transition from paper to computer, detail was lost so the style of the artists really shines through in these pieces.

These drawings are the artistic backbone of the television show, and are much in demand by collectors.

You will notice in some drawings that coloured text and line work is uséd. These were usually instructions from or to the director. The reason the colour was uséd is because the It showed the colourist details like shadows and colour changes.
