Item was Adult owned and displayed only. Includes original box, original instruction manual, all mini figures with accessories and brick pieces for this set. The person I purchased this from stated that all pieces were included although I cannot verify this as fact. I never put the set together. If purchased you are purchasing AS IS with the understanding that it is possible a few pieces may be missing. I am not saying pieces are missing. As far as I know there are no missing pieces.
