15mm to 12mm Fork Thru Axle Conversion Kit for the following forks:

• Santa Cruz Stigmata

• Niner MTB RDO w/ 148mm axle

• Lauf Grit and Grit SL (NOT for rigid JAF)

• Bearclaw Ramhorn Gravel

• Brother Big Bro

• Bombtrack Hook EXT

• Pipedream A.L.I.C.E.

• a few other rigid CX, gravel, and MTB forks which originally used a 15mm x 148-150mm long axle with M15x1.5mm threads.

Kit includes the following:

• Thread adapter: M15x1.5mm pitch external thread, 24mm long, M12x1.5mm internal thread

• Thru Hole Insert: 15mm OD x 12mm ID, 24mm long

• Axle: 12mm x 152mm long, M12x1.5mm threads

Installation Notes:

1. Low strength/removable threadlocker is pre-applied on the thread adapter.

2. Follow QR code link on box for the conversion process. Or, use Park Tool SPA-2 or equivalent 2.3mm pin spanner to tighten thread adapter into fork's existing threaded insert. Flange goes on the OUTSIDE.

3. Use grease on o-ring of thru hole insert and install into fork from the outside with a combined pushing and twisting motion. Do NOT use thru axle to drive thru hole insert into the fork.

4. Use grease on threads of thru axle. Torque 9 - 13.5 N*m using 5mm hex key.
