This is a vintage Folk Art Halloween Poliwoggs Witch holding a black cat bucket figure. It is painted & crafted in a resin like material.  The figurine measures approx. 9" tall and 2 3/4" across at the base.  The condition is used but rarely displayed and in excellent condition.  There is no box, but the tag is included as shown.  The photos represent the exact item I am selling.
