The shipping and handling charge is $40.00 and within USA unless otherwise noted. The item will be shipped out via USPS First Class. We combine shipping at $1.00 each additional cards, $5.00 each additional set and $7.00 each additional box. We can only ship to the address listed with your Paypal without exception.
International shipping is $300.00 and the item will be shipped out via USPS International.
