This is for a Crestron SWAMPIE-4 Expansion Switch Amp Amplifier Unit(Sonnex). It is being sold as Spares or Repair as the fan spins when connected to power but the unit doesn't switch on. I have taken the lid off to take a picture. LEDs on the pcb light up and flash but nothing else.

The condition can be seen from the pictures, it was used on a racking system so the feet were removed.
