Shipping

Your order will be dispatched via the Royal Mail 2nd Class Service which usually takes 3-7 working days from postage date to arrive.
N.B. we do not guarantee a delivery date. Please also note that the period stated by eBay within which you will receive your order is approximate and not guaranteed by Katz & Co. Crafts.

Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order and as stated in the order confirmation. We ask that you double check the address given before placing the order. Once the order has been dispatched it will be sent to the address provided. We do not check addresses are they filled in automatically by eBay.

For Christmas deliveries, we recommend that you order by the 15th December. We will endeavour to dispatch all 'in stock' orders, however we cannot guarantee delivery on or before the 24th December as the post may be delayed in your area.

What do I do if my order has not shown up?

Please only contact us if you have waited until after the final expected delivery date. Royal Mail 2nd Class can take a week to be delivered. If you think your item has not been delivered correctly please check the information below and then message us for instructions if you still can't find your parcel. Remeber that eBay provides tracking, not us.

Items can get delayed in the post especially before and after busy holiday periods such as Christmas and Bank Holidays or if there is adverse weather conditions or postal strikes. These factors are outside our control but we have strict processes in place to protect our customers and ourselves against loss damage or theft. If your item has not turned up please follow the procedures outlined and then contact us if it still hasn't shown up.

• Some items are too large to fit through the letterbox and from experience postmen don’t always leave "whilst you were out" cards. Therefore, please check with your neighbours and contact your local Royal Mail collection in case your item is waiting to be picked up.

• Check that the address you have on eBay and PayPal is the address you are now residing. If it is not please contact that address

• Ask your household members or colleagues if they have received your item in case they took delivery and have not informed you.

• It is possible for items to be mislaid at collection offices. Inform your postman to look out for the parcel you are expecting and ask them to double check the collection office. Sometimes we receive parcels back from collection offices despite customers stating they did check with their collection

• We will ask you to fill in and sign a "Lost in post" declaration which will need to be returned to us before we will replace or refund your item. This information is used by Royal Mail to place on their database to their improve services and to track multiple claims by fraudulent customers. If you refuse to sign the declaration form please note that your information will still be submitted to Royal Mail. By doing so we are making eBay a safer place to buy and sell.

Please note opening an eBay case before the 15 working days will not speed up the process outlined above and can in fact delay matters, nor will leaving negative feedback. If an item is lost or delayed in the post it is outside of our control and is not the seller’s fault. We promise to help if an item has not shown up but would encourage you to understand a process must be followed. Thank you.

Returns

In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, Katz & Co. Craft shall, at its own discretion, make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question PROVIDED THAT you notify us of the problem in writing to us directly within 30 days of delivery of the goods. NOTHING IN THIS CLAUSE AFFECTS YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.

If you have received a faulty item please contact us detailing your name, sales record number and fault description. Please provide detailed photos of the damage/fault.
For a full refund you may be required to send the item back to us.

If you have purchased an incorrect item please contact us and do not open the product. If the product is returned to us in the same sellable state you recieved it in, we can provide a refund once we recieve the item.

 

Whilst Katz & Co. Crafts tries to ensure that all prices, product descriptions and compatibility on eBay are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, we will provide a full refund.
