2001 First Edition

A very scarce title in any condition, this massive 2001 First Edition is in Absolute Mint and Unread condition. This massive book measures 9 1/4 in by 11 3/4 in. The front and back covers of the book itself are in Perfect condition. The dust jacket, (NOT Price-clipped and still showing its original retail price of $59.95) is in near Perfect condition. The dustjacket has been placed in a mylar protective covering for added protection. The binding is tight and square without spine lean. The pages are crisp and clean and there are no markings, bookplates, or other signs of prior ownership in this book.

Overall, this book is a grade collector's book. This book is very elusive in this superior condition, as only a limited number of them were ever published, so now is the time to act.  Hopefully you can add this book to your collection and enjoy it in the years to come...

There have been many books about Waterloo, but never one to rival this in scale or authority. The text, based upon extensive research, describes both the battle and the campaign that preceded it in detail, drawing upon the first-hand accounts of participants on all sides in order to give the reader a vivid feeling for the experiences of those who fought upon this most celebrated of all battlefields. The many full-color maps, all specially commissioned for the book, and the numerous diagrams and photographs, the majority in color, as well as sixteen pages of original paintings, make the book a feast for the eyes and a collector's dream.
