- The M4A3E8 is the final model of the M4 series that appeared in the latter half of the Battle of the Bulge in the US Army, with 2,539 vehicles produced between August 1944 and September 1945.
- After the war, it was also provided to pro-US nations such as the Ground Self-Defense Force and other NATO countries.
- This kit is a three-dimensional figure equipped with the T66 single pin type crawler belt that was mainly used during the war.
