This Edelfeder pen set includes a ballpoint pen and fountain pen. Both pens are Engraved with Parlamentum Europaeum which means European Parliament in English. Ballpoint Pen has been used to write a few notes by myself. I don't know if they were used in the European Parliament. Ballpoint Pen functions perfectly. Pens are approximately 5.5 inches in length.
