This porcelain demitasse cup, saucer and dessert plate was produced in England by Mintons in 1925.  It was made especially for Tatman, a prominent Chicago retailer of fine silver and dinnerware. It is signed by the Mintons artist J. Coleclough.  The plate is 6 1/4 inches in diameter.  The saucer is 4 3/4 inches in diameter.  The cup is 2 1/4 inches tall with a diameter of 2 1/4 inches.  The set is made of fine bone china.  The ground color is ruby red.  There are cartouches on all 3 pieces containing hand painted flowers.  They are framed in elaborate gilding.  They are very similar to work done by Royal Worcester.  We have never seen sets like this.  E83
