• Your won item will be shipped within 2 business days once we receive full payment for the item.

• Shipping is ONLY to the lower 48. If you wish to ship elsewhere, please contact us before bidding/purchasing

• Our shipping rates are for commercial addresses only. If your address is residential or you require additional services, such as a lift gate, there may be additional charges that must be paid before your item ships

• Items must be paid immediately no exceptions.

• Returns are generally not accepted
• If a return is accepted, it will have a mandatory 15% restocking fee and shipping charges will not be refunded. It will be the buyer’s responsibility to ship the item back to our warehouse. If you have questions about this or have an item that needs to be returned/canceled you must contact us first. Refunds will only be considered within 30 days of the original sale date. Items returned must be the original item sent and in the condition it was sent in.
