Silk Kimono Green Orange Spot Vintage Fabric Hand Stitched Japan BN Size 12/ 14

A beautiful traditional japanese silk  kimono with a Green & Orange pattern with spots. Inside a half blue floral pattern each side and a ivory (off white) with a floral pattern.  Sleeves have a couple of inches of a light green pattern edge to inside and two loops inside..no tie.  Hand made and hand Stitched in Japan from 1960/70s Vintage fabric.

The workmanship and quality is superb and the silk fabric is divine. Unique and unusual this would look great layered with black palazzo trousers for a chic casual look.  Only selling as it was a gift from Japan and is a size too small for me. 😞

Measurements approx are pit to pit just under 46 in and length is 27 inches.  Arm width is 15 3/4 inches and length is 12 3/4 inches. Shoulder too shoulder is 23 3/4 inches.Size 12/14/16 meant to fit loosely though so bear this in mind. Please go by measurements given as a indicator of size. The colours in this kimono are suitable too wear in all seasons making so you would definitely get a lot of wear out of it for years to come.

There are a few little " thread knots" where the stitch has ended and been tied off. These are natural. The kimono is stored in a garment bag and from a smoke free home. Dog yes but she hasn't been in garment bag. Lol..no hairs.

Please see pics as they form part of the description and condition of the item. Obviously there are no wash instructions do NOT put in a washing machine. Hand wash in cool water with a silk washing liquid. Rinse and let drip dry.
