TALBOTS BLACK AND WHITE COTTON FLARED SKIRT - SIZE 8 (US)

I bought this skirt, but I never wore it. 

The skirt will lay below the waist.   The length of the skirt is 23½" and the waist is 33".

I will happily accept payment by cheque, but items will not be despatched until after the cheque has cleared.
