Items are individually checked and packed before posting and items are sent via Royal Mail 48 post. Most items are normally shipped the same day or within 24hrs after payment has been received (except weekends). We would estimate postage to normally take 2-3 working days within the UK. There is an option for Expedited Delivery for extra charge.
Goods not received within 7 days should be informed as we assume no liability for the late delivery of goods or for goods missing or damaged whilst in transit. If such an event should happen, though it very rarely does then please contact us and we will endeavour to resolve the situation as quickly and amicably as possible.

We are happy to refund within 30 days of receipt. We do not however refund the cost of postage (or return postage where applicable) unless the product is wrong or damage.
In both cases the item must be unused and in its original state. Postage and handling is non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for the return postage of the item.
