Warranty

·         Defective items will be exchanged only for another item of the same type.(If available)

·         Items must be in same condition as when shipped out.

·         Buyer pays return shipping.

·         Item can not be opened.  Any disassembly of the item will void the warranty.  (This also includes removal of void/date stickers for any reason.)

 

·         Returns on items will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee and shipping.(or cost of shipping if free shipping was offered for the item)

·         All items must have an RMA#.  If this number is not visible on the returned package,  it will be refused.
