The top has a crack, a small chip at the back and is loose in the metal fittings. Attribution of collectables is opinion; the hinge is French Design typical of Samson (the small tab that reduces lid rotation), the mark on the base is a known Samson Chinese-type Mark. The design is mix of famille rose and verte with gold and the sides have raised cream decoration. The metal fitting looks like bronze and is finely made; the hinge is good. The little box is 51x40x26mm.
