Qajar Dynasty Persian gilded copper incense burner (sensor) with figurative & foliage design. Late 18th - early 19th century hand hammered finely executed open work. Engraved with Arabesque ornament & 6 medallions with figures of men. Each medallion has engraved figures of different images of men dressed in Qajar clothes sitting near the vessels in the process of preparing special aromatic substances, which are standing on flame. Has some open work losses and one dent in the middle and some greyish greenish patina inside the burner.
