In the late 1970s, the Venice Simplon Orient Express was restored to its former luxury condition. The famous silversmith Ercuis was asked to design an original tableware engraved with the VSOE initials; a famous logo which is still used today!

This cutlery is from the 1980s and would have been used aboard the iconic train as it raced across Europe! These are very rare items as they are not available to purchase as souvenirs, they were part of the train's tableware service.

This item is a dessert spoon - it shows Ercuis markings on the front and the VSOE logo on the base of the stem.

100% authentic collectable piece of railwayana!

Size: 2 available - 1 is approx. 180cm and the the other is slightly larger at approx. 190cm
