Corbin Vittoria # F-22200 C: 1895.  Base of cast iron was first brass plated and then nickel plated. The brass bass helped the nickel adhere. After 125 years the nickel plating has worn (as has the brass somewhat) exposing the finishes below giving it sort of a two toned look.

Please remember though that it is an old piece coming from homes 100+ years old so it will NEVER EVER be perfect and will always show some evidence of natural wear.  I will happily provide any other additional information that I have and or provide you with additional/better pictures upon request.
