It is in new and unused condition and has never been used, note that the face plate is only compatible with the original Xbox 360 models (the ones sold from November 2005 till Q2 2010), it is not compatible with the Xbox 360 S (released in Q2 2010) nor the Xbox 360 E (released in Q3 2013).
