Made in Japan.The pull-on style skirt features an elasticized waistband with drawstring closure, and a back vent for easy movement. NOTE: The skirt is dark navy, therefore difficult to photograph in detail. Thus the first image shows the waist and drawstring, but is a shade lighter than the actual skirt color, which is shown in the other photos, especially that tone in the image with the brand label. Made of a soft blend of 72% cotton, 28% polyester, the skirt is great for travel. Dry clean. New without tags, NWOT, the skirt has not been worn, and is fresh and crisp.
