RARE VINTAGE CASELLA OF LONDON STEREOSCOPE FOR STEREOSCOPIC PHOTOGRAPHY METAL STEREOSCOPE (BY THE MUCH SOUGHT AFTER CASELLA OF LONDON) FOR 3-D VIEWING OF AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHS OR ANY TYPE OF STEREOSCOPIC-PAIRED PHOTOGRAPHS

This is a light metal stereoscope, manufactured by Casella London. These devices can be used for 3-D viewing of any sterogram or pair of stereo pictures.  They were used for viewing of aerial photography during and after the II World War. The device has collapsible metal legs and a central mobile joint that allows inter-pupillary adjustment between 55 to 75 mm. The unit is in very good condition. Please note the exact age of this unit is unknown, but is likely to be post-1945. Item comes in its original plastic case.
