No remote, no battery pack.  Nice toy to use as is.  Wheels roll well.  There are a few marks/scratches on the stickers.  Possibly something missing at the back end.  Please see pictures.

Truck is approximately 16" long, 9 1/2" high, and 10 1/2" wide.
