I have been unable to find out anything else about why it's on this napkin holder. It might be a fun research project.

My initial thought is that it could have been used in a restaurant that used the Arcadia tomatoes and the Arcadia company might have supplied the restaurant with these napkin holders.

That's a total guess on my part, but it's fun to speculate!
