These heels have been modified. The leather strap on the vamp has been cut to remove the original accent. I have included a set or red and set of black bows. The will clip on the a portion of the leather. However, the leather does not lay completely flat. I would glue them back in place with the color accent you like. You could possibly

Heel tabs are in excellent condition. Original bows have been removed. I've replaced them with the vintage red flower clips. You can easily choose another clip and change depending on your outfit. However, I'm not sure how you will keep them flush without glue. Maybe a bit of heavy duty velcro under the clip and between the leather. Not sure.

They also need a good cleaning and a little touch up to the leather where this is signs of loss and wear.
