Up for sale, we have a nice, and fairly rare to find, in kids sizing, Vintage 1980's Levi's San Francisco, Acid Washed, Sherpa Fleece Lined Denim Jacket, size Boys/Youth Small, Made in the USA. The measurements are as follows:
19" across the chest from armpit seam to armpit seam
16" total sleeve length from cuff to top shoulder seam
13" total sleeve length from cuff to arm pit seam
21" total front length from top of collar down to the bottom hem
16 1/2" across the shoulders at the back shoulder seam
This is a cool vintage boys/youth acid washed Levi's sherpa fleece lined jacket from...I believe...the mid/late 80's. It is well made with nice and soft but sturdy denim with a nice and fairly thick fleece lining in the body and soft polyester lining in the sleeves. It features a 5 snap front closure with snap/flap close chest pockets and left and right side slit belly pockets.
This style of Levi's jacket is pretty rare to find in this kids/youth size. In my 22+ years of selling...and finding stuff to sell...I have only seen maybe 4 or 5...max...youth sherpa fleece sized Levi jackets. I imagine that Levi's just did not make very many of them in boys/girls sizes due to the cost and how quick a kid might out grow it...but...if you have kids out on a farm and/or ranch...these are just terrific jackets for the young farm and ranch hands to work and play in most of the year around...even in the summer in high altitude places {;-).
This jacket could also be worn by a girl who is a girls/kids size small.
Please be sure to double check your childs measurements against this jacket to make sure that it will fit you before you decide to buy it.
This would be a terrific...and again...kinda rare to find in this youth size...jacket for a youth boy or girl who needs a good warm, rough and tumble and ready to rumble jacket for work or play out on the farm or ranch.
