Dog Coat With ReinDeer Hood Size S.

I bought this for my Chihuahua.  The xs was too small. He is a big Chihuahua.  The small turned out to be too big. I put it on him. So it has been worn 1x. I washed it. 

He is 9 lbs. Far too big. So thinking Beagle. Bichon frise. Small poodle
