If you are unsure of which colour to choose from, please send us a photo on Ebay messages, of your hair colour, in natural day light without flash, we will advise you which colour will be best suited for you.
Due to hygiene reasons, we will not accept return if the hair has been used.
When you receive your hair piece, take it out the packaging and place it next to your hair to see if it matches. Please do not remove the hair piece from it's backing board.
Return postage is for the buyer's charge.
Refunds are for product item amount only, delivery fee is not refundable.
