Defective items can be replaced or optionally refunded. Buyer returns the item and will be refunded upon receipt of the faulty item being processed by us - this is standard retail practice.
If you've changed your mind about your purchase, don't worry - you have 30 days to return the item in its original (sealed and/or unused) condition - you as the buyer will have to cover the return costs.
