Please read very carefully item desctiption before buy this item.

With this item you can upgrade your Amiga 500 by up to 2MB RAM.

There are 2 separate PCBs and you have 2 options to use this memory upgrade.

- Option number 1 without soldering will add to your Amiga 500 1.5MB of Slow RAM Memory. Main PCB of the memory need to be placed through the trapdoor expansion, another one need to placed under the Gary Chip in your Amiga 500. Then both PCBs need to be connected by 2 PINs wire (included).

- Option number 2 with soldering. Please note that a good soldering skills are required to add another 0.5MB of CHIP RAM. We will not take any responsible if something went wrong during soldering. If you have not enough soldering skills please ask someone for help. Main PCB of the memory need to be placed through the trapdoor expansion, another one need to placed under the Gary Chip in your Amiga 500. Then both PCBs need to be connected by 2 PINs wire (included). After this one path on JP2 jumper on your Amiga 500 motherboard need to be cut. Please see our photo to see which one. Also one wire need to be soldered from Gary Adapter to JP2 Jumper. Please see our photo which one.

Please note that this item will not work with Amiga 500 Rev. 8A.1.
